Visa Consultancy

There is a perception that students can’t get visas easily to go abroad. Every decision to approve a visa is viewed through the prism of national security and financial constraints in the case.

It is therefore important to have a proper understanding of the visa procedures to all countries to make one’s attempt to the desired visa successful.

Our aim with regard to providing study visa consultancy is to give full information specifically preparing the applicants, and counseling them for a student visa and pointing out how the applicant and sponsor should prepare themselves and be: “FIRST TIME RIGHT” to avoid rejection.

Administrative Exchange

The “Administrative Exchange Programme” among other thing is meant to introduce public servants of both countries to the daily professional happenings of their respective counterparts and identify specific collaboration areas for implementation.

For the 2023/24 Phase, three batches of eight participants are invited from various ministries and departments to express interest for a fully funded return trip to Germany in June, September 2023 and June 2024.

For the first batch of 8 (eight), in June 2023, likely participating ministries are, Ministries of Health, Education, Environment, Labour and Employment, Water and Sanitation, Interior as well as the Ghana Standards Authority among others.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Being a government of Ghana employee working in Ghana
  • Your office is ready to release you for about two weeks stay in Dusseldorf and the availability to host your tandem partner in your office in Ghana in October, 2023
  • You are passionate about professional intercultural exchange and would like to get to know the administrative structure in North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany)
  • Ready to show your tandem partner your professional activities and to create an interesting internship plan from June 2023 in the context of your work
  • If you are also prepared to maintain a long-term collaborative relationship with your tandem partner for the better of Ghana and NRW-Germany.
